The moment to call

Your business may have outgrown the way its technology came together.

Most small-business technology environments weren't designed all at once. They grew one website, spreadsheet, subscription, employee, and workaround at a time. Eventually, the workarounds start costing real time.

01

Manual work keeps multiplying

People retype, copy, chase, reconcile, and repeat work that should flow more easily.

02

The numbers are hard to trust

Information lives in too many places, and answering a simple question becomes a project.

03

Your tools don't work together

Each system may be useful, but the handoffs between them create frustration and mistakes.

04

AI is creating more questions

Employees are experimenting, vendors are promising everything, and nobody owns the plan.

05

Growth is exposing weak spots

Accounts, access, cloud services, and processes that worked for five people don't work for twenty.

06

Your digital front door is behind

The website no longer reflects the business or connect cleanly to how customers work with you.

You don't need to know whether the answer is AI, automation, IT, data, or a website. That is part of what JollyBop helps you determine.

Adam Bonnell, founder of JollyBop
Why JollyBop

Experienced enough for the whole problem. Approachable enough to call.

JollyBop is led by Adam Bonnell, whose 20+ years in technology span support, consulting, infrastructure, business systems, service operations, data and reporting, AI adoption, governance, and senior leadership.

Much of that progression happened inside construction, specialty-contracting, fabrication, manufacturing, and project-driven organizations that kept growing and needed new technology capabilities. His background also includes 1.5 years of technology-focused consulting with Simpler Webb, adding outside-client perspective to his experience inside operating companies.

That breadth matters because business problems rarely stay inside one technology box. Adam can talk with owners, employees, vendors, technical teams, and tradespeople—and explain the recommendation without making anyone feel buried in jargon.

No lock-in by design. Customers should own their accounts, data, systems, documentation, and technology. Ongoing help is available, but dependency is never the goal.

JollyBop's public portfolio is still growing. Adam's broader credibility comes from professional enterprise experience, shared here without presenting employer work as JollyBop client projects.

A particularly deep area of experience

We know construction.

Adam has spent more than 20 years on the technology side of construction and specialty-contracting organizations—supporting the systems and workflows behind estimating, project management, detailing/CAD, fabrication, field and service operations, reporting, and the back office.

You can start by showing us how your company works and where the information gets stuck—not by spending the first three meetings explaining what a contractor does.

Construction is a specialization, not a limitation. JollyBop continues to help small and growing businesses across industries.
